This is a neat little prototyping board for the Arduino Uno. It comes with a mini breadboard with peel-and-stick adhesive on the bottom so you can choose to either use the solder-based prototyping area, or a neat breadboard as shown.

The shield has an extra set of 5V and GND headers for hooking up power.
